I had a great experience at this car wash! They did an amazing job, my car looks spotless inside and out. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was happy with the service. It's refreshing to find a place that takes pride in their work and treats customers so well. I definitely recommend this car wash and will be coming back!

What stands out most about this place is how easy and comfortable they make the entire experience. The staff was welcoming, the service was efficient, and my car looked fantastic when everything was finished. There are plenty of wash and detailing options to choose from, and the free vacuums are a great bonus. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the time go by quickly. Definitely a spot that takes pride in both customer service and quality results.

Disappointed with the service and customer response I paid for the $189 car wash package, expecting a thorough and high-quality cleaning and was suggested by the manager. Unfortunately, the final result was very disappointing. Several spots were clearly missed, including areas that I would expect to be cleaned even with a regular basic wash. When I brought these missed areas to the manager’s attention, the response was not welcoming or helpful, eventhough he tried to correct it, he repeatedly said those areas were “not included” in the package. This was especially frustrating because the package had been presented as all-inclusive. I chose the higher-priced service because I expected better results and better customer care. Based on my experience, the service did not match what was promised, and the manager’s attitude made the situation worse. I left feeling misled and disappointed. I would not recommend this package unless the business clearly explains what is and is not included before charging customers.
